Does my electric bike arrive fully assembled?
All bikes shipped within Australia are 85% pre-assembled. You will need to attach the front wheel, handlebars, and pedals. We provide a toolkit and a video guide, or you can have it assembled at our Sydney workshop.
What is the average range I can expect on a single charge?
Most of our electric bikes offer a range between 40km and 80km depending on the battery capacity, level of pedal assistance used, terrain, and rider weight.
Do you offer test rides before purchasing?
Yes, we encourage test rides at our Sydney showroom. You can book a session online or walk in to try various models to find the perfect fit for your commuting needs.
What kind of warranty comes with the bike?
Every bike comes with a 2-year warranty on the frame and a 1-year warranty on electrical components, including the motor and battery, against manufacturing defects.
What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
We offer flat-rate shipping across Australia. Delivery to metro areas typically takes 3-5 business days, while regional deliveries may take up to 10 business days.
Can I ride my electric bike in the rain?
Our bikes are water-resistant and designed to handle light rain and puddles. However, they should not be submerged in water or cleaned with a high-pressure hose to protect the electrical housing.
