At Sydney Electric Bikes, we want you to ride with confidence; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for safety and regulatory reasons, motorized components and batteries must undergo a technical inspection before a refund can be processed.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate a Return Request
Contact our customer support team or visit our Sydney showroom with your original proof of purchase to start the return authorization process.
- 2.Technical Inspection
Our certified technicians will inspect the electric bike's motor, battery, and frame to ensure no modifications or damage have occurred since the sale.
- 3.Service and Restocking Review
Once the inspection is complete, we will confirm eligibility; please note that a restocking fee may apply to bikes that have been assembled or ridden.
- 4.Refund Processing
After approval, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, or you may choose a store credit to upgrade to a different model.
