The AMPD ACE-X represents the evolution of one of Australia’s most iconic fat tyre e-bikes. First introduced in 2019, the ACE platform has become a nationwide favourite, and the Series 4 ACE-X continues that legacy with meaningful upgrades in power delivery, battery technology, and rider interface.

Built around a rugged aluminium frame, available in both “X” step-over and “S” step-through configurations, the ACE-X is designed to handle all-terrain riding while remaining accessible and comfortable. Its motorcycle-inspired handlebars and wide stance provide excellent stability and control, while matte black aluminium fenders offer durability and weather protection.

Power comes from a high-torque Bafang rear hub motor, configured for 250W continuous output to meet road-legal requirements, with the option to unlock higher performance for private property use. The ACE-X is paired with a 52V 15Ah Samsung lithium battery, built using premium 21700 cells housed in Ampd’s GEN3 aluminium battery casing. This system delivers up to 60km of real-world range, depending on riding conditions, while remaining removable for convenient charging.

For Series 4, the ACE-X introduces a new Micro Intelligent Colour Display, offering clear ride data at a glance, including speed, battery level, trip distance, and system diagnostics. Power management is handled by the Ampd Brothers Custom Master Control unit, delivering class-leading power density, smoother motor control, integrated lighting functions, and simplified servicing.
